Wine and Chocolate
Wine and chocolate,what more could you ask for? This design includes an assortment of chocolates and a bottle of Fireside Winery's newest addition, Frontenac. This wine is their first estate grown dry red wine. It evokes a complex interplay of jam and black currant on the nose, while dark fruits, cherry and hints of cedar awaken the palate and treat you to an iresistibly long finish. This is one of my favorites!
For those who might like a little sweeter wine, replace the Frontenac with a bottle of Fireside Winery's Night Cap. Their dessert wine has aromas of plum and dark cherry, with just a hint of violet. It starts on the tongue with a smooth fruity character, that melds as it moves across the mid-palate to a wine with wonderful spicy notes, great structure, and an exceptionally warm pleasant finish. I dare you to drink only one glass!
